3D Load Space Optimization of load spaces and transport units


With inconsoLSO (Load Space Optimization), a solution for the 3D optimization of cartons, pallets and load spaces is available. Using high performance load algorithms, inconsoLSO packs the appropriate shipping cartons, loads items and cases onto pallets and loads cartons, pallets and items into load spaces and containers.

The solution can be run as individual stages or completely with 3 stages (cartons, pallets, load spaces). During the optimization, restrictions such as stack factors, stackability and allowed load combinations are taken into account. Parameters for nesting, axle weights and center of gravity are also used to create the optimal loads. The results are display in both tables and graphics. Load editing and reports such as load manifests are part of the standard functionality offered. Loading sequences from route planning and unloadable spaces can also be used in calculating the optimal results.

inconsoLSO is available in 2 variations:
  • Stand-alone version: A full version that can be installed as a stand-alone application both on PCs or on networks. This version communicates with connected systems via interfaces.
  • Engine version: This version comes with two components, namely the engine (algorithms) and the user interface. The engine is supplied with data via internal interfaces and extends the inconsoWMS Product Suite, inconsoTMS and SAP as an Add-On component.
